III. Return call/visit:
It is our policy to offer fitful return call/visit to each and every YunLi customer and service track to key customers; nonscheduled call/visit are also required to customers receiving maintenance/repair service to confirm if the problems have been satisfactorily resolved.
IV. Training
The training center at YunLi's Liuzhou Headquarters offers regular training to technicians and service personnel concerning professional skills, delivery, operation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. Besides, on-site training is also available to customers.
V. Maintenance
1. Fuel truck
1) For chassis maintenance, follow the Operation Manual;
2) Regularly check the oil system, valve and pipes. In case of infiltration/leak, repair or replace the sealing elements.
3) Fasten the attachment bolts that connect the tank support and chassis after several drives. Regularly check the attachment bolts that connect the tank support and chassis when in normal use.
4) Frequently check the surface contact of the anti-static rubber strip.
5) Make sure the actuating medium runs fully in the pump before start the oil pump. Open drive is prohibited. Dont attempt to empty the excess oil in the oil tube with the pump to avoid burnt out of the oil pump.
2. Bulk cement truck
1) For maintenance of the vehicle and the air compressor, please refer to the Operation Manual.
2) Turn on the top air evacuation valve to release the bottom pressure before unclose the feed head cover to avoid possible injuries.
3) Regularly check the non-return valve in the main line to avoid damages to the air compressor caused by back flow of compressed air and cement stuff.
4) Regularly check the mainline relief valve and the pressure gauge of the tank for systemic pressure control. Replace any malfunction valves. Operation without pressure gauge is prohibited.
5) Fasten the attachment bolts that connect the tank support and chassis after several drives. Regularly check the attachment bolts that connect the tank support and chassis when in normal use.
6) Turn off all ball valves except for the external ones for safety driving, tank protection and prevention of accidents.
3. Transport mixer
1)For use and maintenance of the chassis please refer to the Operation Manual.
2) Fasten the attachment bolts that connect the tank support and chassis after several drives. Regularly check the attachment bolts that connect the tank support and chassis when in normal use.
3) Follow the Operation Manual for concrete capacity, quality and slump constant.
4) If feeding is in the open air, rotate the mixing drum around the discharge direction to empty inside water/rain before feeding for better concrete quality.
5) When driving on the highway, lower the discharge chute to the undermost area and lock it to the chassis when it is vertical to the vehicle body to avoid injuries or accidents.
6) If evaporation of water and slump constant are lower than requirements, add water as appropriate into the mixing drum and rotate 30 turns at the speed of 6~10 r/min along the discharge direction before discharge.
7) Keep the mixing drum running during transportation to avoid concrete isolation.
8) Make sure there is sufficient water in the water pump before switch it on. Always fill up the water tank in case of emergency. Do not attempt to shut the hydro valve when water pump is in continuous operation. Discharge water in the water system during winter time to avoid icing hazard by unclosing all shut ball valves. To avoid water pump failure, always fill in water without sand grain or hand stones and other foreign substances.
9) Turn the manual control lever to the neutral position (the handle position where the mixing drum is in idle state) when completion of work.
10) Hydraulic oil and the filter element of hydraulic filter must be replaced after the first 300 hours of a new vehicle. Such replacement should be conducted after each 1500 hours or six months (whichever comes first). Discharge the remaining hydraulic oil before fill in new oil.

11) Hydraulic oil should be quality imported or domestic type and be filtered with a 10µm sieve before filling it up to the center of oil immersion lens on the side of the oil radiator tank. Caution: mixed use of hydraulic oils of different manufacturers or different brands is prohibited.
12) Lubricating oil in speed reducer must be replaced after the first 100 hours. Such replacement should be conducted after each 1000 hours or one year (whichever comes first). Lubricating oil should be SAE90# with ultra gear oil (API- GL-4) or equivalent. We recommend Mobile GX80W-90D series gear oil. Fill it up to the center of oil immersion lens on the side. Use an oil scale in the absence of oil immersion lens in the reducer. The oil scale screw in position should be the upper limit for oil level. Caution: mixed use of hydraulic oils of different manufacturers or different brands is prohibited.
13) Operation must be performed by qualified operator.
