Service request by phone or letter or in person will be treated and replied within 24 hours. On-site support: 24 hours within Guangxi, 48 hours within South China and 72 hours in other areas.

Within the warranty period, emergency parts will be delivered within 24 hours.

Free replacement of defective major components under normal use within one month.
