Recruitment procedures
Every year YunLi recruits university graduates and experienced talents according to its development strategy. Regular recruitment procedures include submission of application, prequalification evaluation, written examination, interview, employment and placement.
Application
Interesting parties may send their resume to our Human Resources Department via ordinary mail or email on our official website.
Necessary documents
For university graduates: application, recommendation from your university/college, official transcript, qualification certificates, certificate of honor, recent 2 color photo without hat and recent full-length size photo.
For experienced talents: application, resume (educational backgrounds, work experiences, personal particulars etc.) qualification certificates, certificate of honor, copy of ID Card, recent 2 color photo without hat and recent full-length size photo.
Prequalification Evaluation
The Human Resources Department will screen out each application and send a notice to prequalified applicants for interview via ordinary mails or other means as appropriate after consulting with the employing departments.
Interview
Prequalified applicants will be interviewed by our recruitment team (composed of personnel from both the Human Resources Dept. and employing depts.) , including filling the Interview Record and written examination, professional skill assessment, psychological and foreign language/computer skill tests if necessary.
Employment
Applicants passed the above interview procedures will be recruited and will receive an official Employment Notice by the Company. A notice will also be sent to unqualified applicants.
