Guangxi Liuzhou YunLi Special Purpose Vehicles Co., Ltd (Liuzhou YunLi) is the largest special vehicles manufacturer and supplier in Southwest China. YunLi is also an executive member of the China Bulk Cement Association of Popularization and Development. In 2003 and 2004 it was among the top 500 mechanical enterprises in China. The company has over 300 employees and an area of 254,000 square meters. Its total asset is valued at 170 million yuan.
The antecedent of YunLi was Liuzhou Automobiles Modification Plant founded in March 1989. In 2000, it was restructured as a joint stock private enterprise. YunLi was incorporated in June 2005 with the approval of Guangxi People's Government. Ever since, YunLi has been on the right track. Its sales volume in 2004 was 227 million yuan.
Our main products include special purposes vehicles such as powder (bulk cement) trucks, transport mixers, fuel trucks, heavy-duty tippers and trash trucks/machines for environmental sanitation as well as frames and coaches for trucks. Our annual capacity is 2,000 special vehicles of various series, 10,000 vehicle coaches and 10,000 frames. By 2004, up to 14 series and 125 products had been included in the Bulletin of Vehicles Manufacturers and Products by National Development and Reform Commission. The output and sales volume of bulk cement trucks, fuel trucks and transport mixers are among the top in the country.
The company has been an ISO9001 accredited enterprise since December 2000 and successfully passed the authentication of CCC (China Compulsory Certification) in May 2003. It became Guangxi's first licensed special vehicles enterprise for the production of dangerous chemicals containers and vehicle vessels and YunLi was included into the Famous Brands of Guangxi in Dec. 2004. YunLi has a provincial technical center. The bulk cement truck and transport mixers it developed were awarded the title of National New Products.
Looking ahead, we are confident. As China's national economy keeps growing, there will be an increase in the demand of special vehicles in the next decade. | On April 12, 1989, Liuzhou Automobiles Modification Plant was separated from Liuzhou Transportation Corporation and was under the leadership of Liuzhou Bureau of Communications. |

| In 1996, it set up its automobile modification sub plants to specialize in the manufacture of parts for special vehicles, which turned to be a new economic growth source. |

| On August 21, 2000, it was restructured as a joint stock private enterprise with the approval of Liuzhou People's Government (Liu Zheng Han DOC. No. 220 (2000)). |

| In 2001, the annual turnover exceeded 100 million yuan for the first time. The turnover in 2004 reached 227 million yuan. |

| On May 25, 2005, YunLi was incorporated in June 2005 with the approval of Guangxi People's Government (Gui Zheng Han DOC. No. 151 (2005)). |

| On June 8, 2005, a convention was held to appoint the first boards of directors and supervisors. |

| On June 28, 2005, a ceremony was held to celebrate the establishment of YunLi and was participated by hundreds of representatives and delegates from various trades among others. Mr. Zheng Junkang, Vice Mayor of Liuzhou made a speech at the ceremony. |
